How Do We Work Together?

We usually start discussing your website requirements by email, and by the time you decide to go ahead we already have most details we need to create your website. We will send a summary list of your requirements (and some additional questions), and will ask for your feedback and approval before we get started. Of course at this stage you will have the opportunity to add/remove or change items. We will always ask for regular feedback from you, so that the website is exactly as you want it.

Before Work Starts

For custom projects we ask for a signed contract and 50% deposit before we get started on your website. The remainder is payable only when you are 100% satisfied with your new website. For smaller projects, you can simply pay for the service you want here on our website (vist Our Shop) and in doing so you will also agree to our terms and conditions (so no need for a signed contract).
