Your email addresses are always set up on your hosting account. If we do not host your account, please ask for help with your own hosting provider.
If you have standard hosting with us you will have access to add and remove email addresses, set out of office notifications, set up spam filters, mailbox quotas, mail re-routing etc. This is done via your cPanel (see separate FAQ about cPanel).
When you're on holiday or just away from the office, you might find it useful to access your emails using Internet Explorer. In this case you can just go to www.yourdomainname.com/webmail and you'll get the following login
When you have entered your username and password you'll be given a choice of different interfaces to read your email. We recommend Horde as this has a lot of additional features including calendar, filtering, email signatures etc.
If you decide to only use webmail, please make sure you delete emails to keep your mailbox size under control otherwise it might be necessary to upgrade your hosting due to a large mailbox.
