Step 1

You must create your email address in cpanel. This may have already been setup for you. If you have your email address, password and server settings already provided, then skip to step 2. Otherwise login to your cpanel, click on Email Accounts, add a new email account, then from the list below, choose the Configure Mail Client option from the email address you're trying to configure. Your settings are at the bottom, under manual settings. Please do not use the regular incoming mail server and outgoing mail server address, and not the SSL one.

Select the new email account you just added in step 1, and then click the 'change' button

Make sure you have the same settings in your 'Outgoing server' tab. In the 'Advanced' tab check that the port numbers match the ones you have been given. Then click 'ok'

The port number is 25.

If you have difficulties, try port 26.

Click the 'Test Account Settings' button
