Email addresses can be created in your cPanel, and click on the "Configure Mail Client" button
Click on one of the links to have this done for you automatically:
** please make sure that you use POP3 details to retrieve your email, and not IMAP. Using IMAP means your emails are never retrieved from your hosting account fully, so your email box will continue to grow and grow until you have no space left on your hosting account.
Manual Configuration
If you would rather add your email accounts manually, these are the details you need:
Your POP server, or 'incoming server' is mail.yourdomainname.com and the port is 525
If you have our new GREEN hosting (from March '09) then use port 26
Your SMTP server, or 'outgoing server' is mail.yourdomainname.com and the port is 110
