how do I insert a link

Go to the page you want to insert the link into, by going to Content>All Content Items and then clicking on the page to open the settings:

Use the page editor toolbar as follows:

When clicking on the 'insert link' icon you will see the following box, where you should enter the link information. Click 'Insert' and then 'Save'.
