Yes! This is one of the more advanced layout techniques and is really useful. Creating a page like this means that it's automatically updated with any new pages in a category. Low maintenance, good looking, self-updating pages. That's what we like!

So just what is a 'blog'? It's just an online diary, sorted in date order with the most recent at the top. Older items tend to get archived into linked sections.

This can very easily be used as a blog for example. Let's say that you create a Section called Blog and a Category called Nina. The idea is that Nina creates a page a week for her blog, and she would categorise it Blog>Nina. We would then create one of these special pages that automatically add any of those new pages that Nina creates.

1. Go to Menu>mainmenus and click New at the top right
2. Choose Articles>Category Blog Layout
   
   
3. Fill in the form as follows. Note the category at the top right. The other settings to consider are the 'Leading', 'Intro', 'Columns' and 'Links'. If you hover your cursor over the lables you will see information on what these settings do. Feel free to experiment with your website and find out what looks nicest.
   
   
4. Finally click Save at the top right and your new page / blog is ready to view (remember you have to first create some pages in the Blogs>Nina category before you'll see anything though.
