Step 1

Go to Components>Acajoom>Lists and check the subscribers:

Create a new newsletter:

Fill in the newsletter form:

You can use the following tags to insert each person's name into the email, eg Dear [FIRSTNAME]. When the email is sent [FIRSTNAME] will be replaced with each person's first name.

Step 5

If you want to include articles from your website, simply click the 'Content' tab, choose 'Full', 'Intro' or 'Title' and then select the article in question. Then copy what appears in the 'Content tag' field and paste it into your newsletter, wherever you would like it to appear.

Step 6

If you want to send an attachment, go to the attachments tab and browse and select a file.

Click 'Save' when you've finished editing the newsletter.

Step 7

Before you send the newsletter to tens, hundreds or thousands of people you should test it first. Select the newsletter and then click 'preview'

Please note that the formatting will probably not look right in the preview page, but what you're interested in is sending a test (as below):
