I can't see the changes on my website, what now?

You need to click the refresh button in your internet browser before you see changes that you've made. If you still can't see the changes then I can bet that you're using Internet Explorer! All browsers keep a 'cache' which is like a memory of pages that it's visited. By keeping pages in memory, this speeds up your internet experience. Unfortunately this causes problems when you're working on a website and changing page content, because the browser will refuse to show you your changes. In this case you have to 'delete the cache'. For Internet Explorer version 7 this is as follows:

Step 1

Clear Cache 1

Step 2

Clear Cache Step 2

Step 3

Clear Cache Step 3

Step 4

Clear Cache Step 4

Step 5

Clear Cache Step 5

Step 6

Now refresh your page and you should see the changes you've made to your page. This is a real nuisance to have to do this every time you make a change, and we would strongly recommend you switch to using Firefox. We recommend Firefox because it has the best features and causes least problems when browsing the internet

Testimonials

“I wanted to tell you I am just thrilled with the website, and how it has been working with you. Your were patient with me when I needed to take a break from the website project, and your professionalism, and honest feedback throughout the process was much appreciated. The day you sent me this mail, I typed 'Doula Amsterdam' into Google and my site came up number 2. I’m impressed!” …
